Please let me know what kind of black powder /antique firearms shooting matches that you want to have next year.
We will be having some silhouette matches again. We can have Benchrest matches from the beehive using cartridge rifles or muzzleloaders. We also want to put on some roundball matches using flint or percussion rifles.
We can put on Percussion revolver matches. One match that I was thinking of would be a combination of cartridge revolver and lever gun match at steel targets. We can also do clay pigeons with muzzleloaders or old shotguns. We can do a Civil War skirmish like we do in the N-SSA using breakable targets and the civil war rifles and carbines
With the cartridge guns black powder will not be a requirement. You will be able to use smokeless although we will all need to use cast bullets to keep ricochets to a minimum. I can provide assistance or advice (through email, telephone, or help on the line) on most black powder firearms and if I cannot then I will find someone who can.
Just let me know what you want to do and we will see if we can provide some entertainment and sport for you.
